Gardening On The Side (gardeningontheside.com) is a small gardening site run out of a Phoenix backyard by Dan Young. This page explains what information is collected when you visit, how it's used, and the choices you have.
Email address — only if you choose to subscribe to the newsletter. It's used to send the newsletter and occasional updates about new guides. It is never sold, and you can unsubscribe from any email.
Basic analytics — standard, aggregated information such as which pages are visited and roughly where visitors come from. This is used to understand which guides are useful. It does not identify you personally.
Purchase information — digital guides are sold through Gumroad. Payment and billing details are handled entirely by Gumroad, not stored on this site. See Gumroad's privacy policy for how they handle that data.
Messages you send — if you email through the contact page, your message and email address are used only to reply to you.
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. This site itself does not require you to log in or create an account, but some third-party services used on the site may set or read cookies (or similar technologies) in your browser.
